• ANNNDD DRUMROLL !!!  here are some of the pictures from this amazing weekend …the rest… we leave behind the border line

  the day before we headed south i went and got a car!! finally my own
  car!! i’ve wanted a mustang convertible since i was in high school..
  and though the parents don’t know yet that i got the car…i think i’ll
  have to tell them eventually max a month since the insurance bills will
  be sent home… eck.. that’ll be interesting.. but until then!!! its
  mine its mine its mine!!

  

  and just in time for spring… its gold!!! hehe.. i was thiiiisss
  close to getting silver.. buuutttt.. EVERYONE and their mommas have
  silver cars.. hehe.. besides. its hong’s favorite color too.. sooo here
  it is!! i love it love it love it!

  

  one last american meal before i drive three hours down… macdonalds chicken selects soo delicious

  

  its the arch.. we’re SOOOO CLOSE!! hehe quote of the moment mel
  “oooh look its the mexican flag… let’s take it!!” hehe.. can you
  imagine mel running across the border clutching her mexican flag with a
  bunch of angry mexicans after her 

  

  we’re at the parking lot before goin in… parked my new car so it
  won’t get stolen.. and off to go to hail a taxi into mexico eeekk so
  excited!

  

  damn those mexican taxi drivers are like vultures.. they wait on the other side of the border and swoop down on you

  

  our lovely little hotel room in playas de tijuana hacienda del mar.. it was

  supposed to be in the upper class area… the hotel was nice and
  cute and clean ; the rest of the town.. i think i had enough in my
  wallet to buy the whole town.. change its name to cdaitown and proclaim
  myself mayor.. then get allll the coconut shells i could eat

  

  anddd i would have an unlimited supply of fresh coconut juice.. out of an authentic plastic bag and straw

  

  just a little ghetto.. buutt.. “when in rome…”

  nighttimeish saturday… dinner at this little mexican restaurant
  first time eating salsa and chips in mexico.. it was delicious!

  first drinks of the night midori sour and midori seven.. the seven
  was sooo good! wanna know why?? i bet there was mayb only A DROP OF
  ALCOHOL! psh…

  

  buuuuttt for this cheap drunky here.. a drop was all it took hahha i love you mel!

  

  the drawback? there was NO ONE in the restaurante… so we were like  

  

  BUT THENNNN…. lo and behold.. this is what happens when five cute
  little asian girls look lonely sitting at a table by themselves…

  

  five beyond cute white boys with bulgy biceps plop right down
  in  the table next to us.. (zach’s in the middle doing his sexy
  face) and do what white people do.. pull up right next to our table.and
  start talking… first i was like… wahhh.. who are youu!! and then
  ..i looked closer and we were like HELLOO!

  these white boys made it sooo easy for us.. rollcall =)

  MINGLINGGG… ensues… look at zach.. isn’t he a lucky one..i’m
  still trying to figure out how he managed to squirm in between me and
  kat.. cuz i don’ t remember gettting up… hmm *scratching head* meh..
  watever.. no complaints from either of us

  

  now… there was a hottie in each pair..let’s start with the sams

  
  -unanimous consensus- that sam here on the left had THE “bangin body ”
  no seriously. .you needed to see it andddd we were allll drooling over
  it the wholeee night… then there’s… sam on the right haha no they
  were both nice and the sam on the right was a sweetheart.. come on he
  paid for all the drinks.. hot sam was quite the charmer.. and dorky
  sam.. was… weaksauce .. but watevers it was fun!

  zach and josh zach’s the younger one.. varsity football captain in
  high school and abercrombie model.. haha droool… i didn’t figure this
  out until we started talking about what we did.. and our jobs.. school
  the future.. career goals.. yeah.. sam doesn’t drinkor do drugs! and i
  was totally sober that night so in addition to dancing with him the
  whole night..  eheh.. we had a totally sober conversation

  and let the drinking and mingling begin! let me present to you our self proclaimed body guards for the night!

  

  we were too lazy to get up and mingle.. boy girl boy girl..
  haha they can stand.. good enough… cheers to salt, tequila, and lime

  

  he’s a slick one.. see that rose i’m holding? he had one of the
  little mexican girls bring it over to my side of the table when i sat
  down again.. how cute is that?!?! i melted…  and
  then that little mexican girl she was a cutie.. started calling
  everyone out and made everyone down like two shots.. then she got
  kicked out of the restaurant for soliciting but we had fun… made me
  want a daughter… (knock on wood) muuucch later in life

  he’s a little grumpy here cuz the tequila whistle blower pretty much
  came by and poured watered down tequila down my throat.. that’s not the
  worse part… the worse part isss… mexican tequila guy smothered my
  face with the towel and “wiped my face” sooo hard.. i thought my neck
  was going to snap … it HURT! it takes a loottt to hold back a 200
  pound white guy from decking mr. tequila and getting stuck in jail..
  however.. that’s where my boxing comes in to play.. that and pretending
  that i actually liked the tequila .. the sacrifices i have to make hehe

  

  see why we all loved sam?? he’s gorgeous.. lucky mel… mel gets a
  picture and kay gets a dance.. where was i during all of this??

  rosarito?? jessica bird and dimitri.. yay!! LC girls  in
  mexicoo she’s a hot one.. see la canada had so many pretty white girls
  and hot white guys… but then the asian guys… eck.. just
  sliiggghhttly lacking 

  i ran into keke and his friends!!!! i  love keke cuz shrug..
  he’s keke however wo ke ai guo ni!!! hehe.. keidric was wayyyy drunk..
  i dont’ know which i like better drunk keidric or sober keidric?

  

  

  Seeing ucla there was no biggie.. infact it was fun… THANK THE LORRDDD WE DIDN’T SEE ANY AGC PEOPLE ON SATURDAY!!!woot woot

  good choice ladies on picking this weekend c was crazy and it was just harmonies in rosarito…. Not
  that we haveee anything against agc.. but its nice to get away from it
  for a bit..and all the drama that comes with it whether you like it or
  not.. this weekend was alll about our sisterhood  and
  you know.. somehow.. exchanges just aren’t gonna cut it anymore.. but
  then again.. i’ve only gone to three this whole year. hehe and last year i went to like…. five.. buuttt its all good =)

  THE NEXT MORNING…

  

  that my dears is mel… birthday girl.. ok soooo . .in me and kay’s
  defense.. maybe i did hog the blanket.. but youuuu rolled urself into
  the corner.. girlfriend loovess the corner.. remember when we slept
  over at kay’s and at first you were next to me and i woke up and ur
  like.. curled up in a little ball the far right? yeah.. that’s what i
  thought.. this saturday rosarito round two.. i’m goign to wake up and
  push you off  kay’s bed

  resort to other means… but she just threw the blanket over herself..
  what a bum! …. haha she didn’t want to get out of bed so badly… she
  reached down next to her pulled out eyemake up and started putting on

  buutt that didn’t last for long.. haha.. she looks

  her hair just got stuck in my bobby pins.. and we were stuck and

  not going to rob her.. we juustt wanted her to take a picture of us..

  …five minutes later.. this gets plopped on our table…

  he went and BOUGHT ketchup for her american ass haha i love it

  we went back to get some souvenirs..

  

  they have such good stuff in mexico.. kay got this
  delicious hershey’s cookies and creme drink.. do we get that in
  cali..?? NO! kat got chips.. debbie … got this funky candy hahah. .
  and IIII got three bottles of tequila for the lil bros =) holding one..
  the other two are in the bag hehe… these three almost got repossesed
  when we were gonna cross the border back into the u.s. haha luckily
  debbie and mel are 21

  

  back at the room… we watched la estrella
  instanciando.. or something like that on mtv.. it was in english.. and
  THE BEST SHOW EVER!!!! in fact it was so good.. we were like.. screw
  shopping.. we watched the marathon haha.. it was soooooo goood..
  especially that song.. a little white lie… and when the dad cheated
  on the mom and the daughter came in.. oh man! and when the daughter’s
  black bf cheatedon her with a blond girl.. wow!!!! intensity!!!!

  well.. me and melo had fun… i was really really happy to see
  debbie.. haha.. i was soo happy i threw my arms out and looked like i
  jsut won the lottery.. actuallly this is what i looked like when i
  drove out of the Ford lot with my new car..

  

  what a lucky guy… once again… we got swarmed by white guys… mexico is a wonderful place hehe

  

  these guys weren’t as fun as saturday’s group.. so we kinda ditched them later hehe

  ohhhh well

  

  forever bull riding buddies.. hahah AHHHHHHHHHHH… that was as sexy
  as it got.. pretty much we were on that thing .. just holding on for
  dear life..i was holding the saddle. .which happened to be in front of
  mel’s crotch area.. and she held that same area.. so it looked a little
  funky.. then she fell off and i fell right on top of the birthday girl
  haha

  so that night pappas and bear was NOT happenin.. but that’s cuz we
  compared it to iggy’s.. sunday wasss one night where i did not remember
  a single thing.. i dont even remember taking pictures with the girls..
  haha luckily for me.. i had them around me the whole night hehe.. me
  and mel.. were gonneee

  BERKELEY LAMBDAS and UCLA THETAS in rosarito =)
  so sunday we went to pappas and
  beer.. .it totally wasn’t fun at first cuz there was this performance
  supposedly by lil easy .. (who is that?!) and then we found out that he
  was dead and it was actually a tribute to him..the dj sucked.. and
  there was like.. no one there at like 11.. but then… after two bull
  rides, 3 shots, and dancing with a cute white guy named Chris from
  Berkeley.. things started looking up… and that was when we ran into
  Lambdas from Berkeley =)
  

  so we fianlly got to meet our pledge bros… and they were just really chill and nice

  
  

  needless to say.. WE HAD FUN!

  dear was i drunk that night.. seriously .. that was like the second
  time in my life that i’ve been that drunk… never underestimate mexico
  tequila… you wake up super hungry and grouchy..
  
  

  GASP! KAY! i never knew how you felt!
  we had more cute pictures at the bar where the bar guy hooked us all up
  with free drinks.. but then some fucker was buggin mel and purposely
  spilled his drink onto her camera
  the result? four tipsy and belligerent harmonies swarming the guy who eventually got thrown in jail.. serves him right

  haha what a small world. .we met some of hte berkeley sigmas too and
  ended up staying over at the beach house that the sigmas and lambdas
  got.. it turned into a mini exchange that night. haha but they were fun
  and totally cool to hang out with for the few moments that i was thinking straight and i remember getting
  out of the cab hanging on to kay and then flopping onto the couch
  inbetween debbie and kay.. and our couch got surrounded by five guys
  just yelling and talking really loud. so i do whati normally do.. shut
  everythin out – burrow behind kay just peace out and that’s how i woke up + a headache… hehe… it
  took a loonngg time to figure out what happened

  we stayed an extra night at kay’s house. hehe.. i was too lazy to
  drive back sooo movie and ice cream pie night.. happy birthday to youu
  happy birthday to you!!! then came the love song.. hehe.. i liked it!!!
